Nestled in the midst of lush green Tea Gardens and majestic Nilgiri mountain ranges, this resort provided us with a picturesque and serene setting to relax. the amenities provided by this resort were exceptional, especially the indoor games, Kerala ayurvedic massages and trekking options which made our stay all the more pleasant. the rooms were clean and comfortable with all necessary accessories provided.
Due to the hotel's elevated location, it may not be suitable for senior citizens or those with walking disabilities.

I had a lovely stay at this hotel, especially because of its location. Situated on top of a hill surrounded by tea gardens, it offered a breathtaking view of the surroundings. I found the staff to be extremely friendly and sincere. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with clean and comfortable rooms that provided a comfortable stay. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious and satisfied my taste buds every morning. I appreciated the accessibility of transportation available to go down the winding hill or to the market.

The food was incredibly overpriced and not worth the money paid, and the availability of wifi was limited to certain areas. it was disappointing that there was no outdoor seating offered, especially given the stunning surroundings.

The location was slightly far from the main town, which made it difficult to venture out for sightseeing. the hotel provided a shuttle service at specific times during the day.
